They (so far) are the most local to me and if I choose to go down this chroming route then they will certainly be worth a look.

I think the Zed's dash would look nice with a few select pieces in chrome. Maybe I should photoshop-up a dash.... hehe!

:lol: Yeah it's Plasi-Coat, utter dross!, once sprayed looks more like silver paint. Don't waste your time with it mate, honestly it'll just make a mess and you'll regret it.

Bought a pot just to see what it looked liked, even though I didnt believe it. Sure enough, on my test piece of plastic the result was appauling. Needless to say, the plasti-kote soon went in the bin. Nuff said of that the better

I've emailed one of the chrome-plating companies to see what they think about viability and costs. Fingers crossed for them to come up trumps.

Just a thought but try people who spray up crash helmets, seen a few smart chrome/ coloured chrome effects on some. If I remember I think they dip them gives a perfect mirror finish.
