Agreed, the injectors inject only a minute amount of liquid, either water or fuel. Certainly not enough to cause a hydraulic lockup.
My engine consumes 5 ml of fuel per 88 yards average.
Surely the only way to get enough damaging water in the cylinders is through the air inlet ?

I have had two diesel (hyundai) trucks, empty their sumps via the turbo, the engine does rev at full revs until the oils runs out. With lots and lots of smoke.

As for the water, the same can happen if the turbo is watercooled as well,
Question do our turbo's on the diesels have a water cooled bearing ?.
No way it will fill the cylinder via an injector.

If it could hydrolock on the water injected, it would hydrolock on the diesel it normally injects. The quatities injected will be the same per stroke.

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.
