I have used Kodi since it was XBMC across all sorts of devices.

I have one running on a Raspberry Pi 2, this one has an external hard drive attached and serves it to the rest of the network. The transfer speeds are terrible, but work fine to stream videos to the rest of the house easily.

I have recently bought two Amazon FireSticks and installed Kodi on these. The remote controls on these are fantastic. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Go on Youtube & type in latest KODI tutorials, they will show you how to install the repos & get you going.

Nvidia shield.....expensive but fantastic device. I'm also running plex server on it with a QNAP NAS box providing 6Tb of storage.

My Little Box has been transferred to the bedroom as We have a new 50 inch Philips Android Led TV..
Kodi on it with no problems and currently also running the Pulse Build from
the ares project. one of the best builds.
