Default Marks on lacquer/Paint Work

Hi All,

Need some advice as to how to get rid of these Marks on the surface. I am hoping it is just elbow grease required. I have included a link to some pictures. Hope they work.

I was thinking TCut to solve this but would like others input so I don't make it worse.

I can’t access the pics as I’m on mobile, I use 2000 grit wet and dry, soak it overnight in water then gently wet sand until the area is dulled. Polish it with t cut or scratchx this normally removes most imperfections.

Have a look on Youtube regarding using a hair drier. I have seen a few where the results are very impressive.

The first I found, not watched it but should help I hope.https://youtu.be/hCaXNUSiud8

Is it surface contamination or is the lacquer blistering?

Would be interested in learning if there is a way to remove surface contamination, had a bird poo on roof that was baked on after car spent 2 weeks in an airport carpark.
