What a difference with the weather this year, It took me all day yesterday to recover from all the "hill walking" My old legs have taken a pounding over the last few days with work on the missus car.

Location could be better as I felt all the cars were fragmentent into different areas and unfortunately we 75's were at the top of the hill and at the edge of the field.
I found it very quiet as far as visitors were concerned and I put this down to the hilly location.

I also note that SARR have ommited the usual rally plaque in favour of a cheaper mug. This is after all the most expensive show to attend as far as entrance fees are concerned so perhaps the committee should look at this.

What an enjoyable day! Glorious sun, beautiful cars, and it was nice to catch up with people and meet some new folk as well. I enjoyed the museum and farmhouse too.

A big thanks to the SARR organisers.

I've just had an e-mail from Colin in the SARR committee.

Seems they ommited to count up the points correctly on Sunday, must have been the heat of the day, anyway it appears my car has come in joint 3rd so I'm getting a rossete posted out.

I wonder where I'll pin it on the car, maybe over the V8 badge
