Not sure if anyone knows about these little gems. Havent tried one but they look really good. Could be an option for some members who dont want to go through some of the more technical hands on faultfinding regarding the correct operation of these somewhat troublsome heaters. Please post up a review if anyone gets one.

Looks interesting and to be honest it could save a lot of guesswork if it does point you straight at the problem, however if you give yours a good service as described in the how to on here then that only leaves you with a pcb problem which frenchmike is the guy to speak to.

The main issue seems to be the PCB failures and the diagnostics unit will not help you diagnose the PCB when it has failed. Pretty much everything else can be checked out without need for diagnostics.

Nice find though

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.
