That year there were three 75 Tourers, a V8 ZT-T & 75 saloon but as we were all separate entries the only two together were mine.

What is the club name? Should I enter under Rover 75/MG ZT club?
Book in for the Monday under Rover75 &MGZT owners club. Cheers

Also there on Sunday with my Ford P100.
Wow that’s a vehicle from my past “P100” is it the Cortina or sierra base model?

I’m now booked in for Monday May 6th as an exhibitor under the Rover 75/MG ZT Club. It didn’t ask me the car registration so that leaves open to the day which car I can take but my inclination is to bring along the MG ZT-T.

With about six of us attending so far we should be able to make a decent lineup.

Looking forward to it. Teds (Whitegold) family are coming as well to give the rose bowl to best in show.

Hello Mr. Xavier,
Just spotted your message.
I prefer the Cortina look, but my P100 is Sierra based. It's a 1.8 diesel turbo. I'm happy with it, but it needs work to tidy it up. I've bought some bits in order to fit electric power steering.
It's ok driving along, but a dog to park as heavy steering and I'm getting on a bit.
All the best, John (diesel driver).

Thinking of attending with my 22 year old Rover75. She's still running well. I'm hoping to see some experts to check her over since I've been having a few issues with the front suspension. My wife and I have attended a few meets - Lincolnshire and a few in Yorkshire, but never in Notts. Last meet I attended was almost 2 year ago in Lincolnshire and I met Ted there. Will be good to see his family. Sounds like a good day out. Looking forward to some guidance on booking and reserving a slot on the Rover stand.

Hi Rob, I believe booking this event had to be completed before 31/03/2024... Mick put a link in a post above. You can of course still attend as a visitor.

Problems with front suspension... Knocking etc is usually drop links and/or lower arm bearings. Jarring/jerking when driving at gear changes or setting off could be engine mounts. I have had all three attended to on my 24 year old, now it is as smooth as silk. Not expensive parts if you are upto doing some work yourself.
