Let's hope he's back posting soon and that the minority of peeps who can't resist poking and prodding give it a rest from now on!

The way i see it, everyone chipped in to help someone out who was down on their luck. We made someone's life better, helped them get their business running and i don't think he'll ever forget the generosity he recieved from this wonderful club.
When i donate to charity, I don't see anything in return (Except maybe a packet of sweets from the box at work ) But you know you helped a cause. Good luck to him i say, and i hope he's enjoying his 75 & it helped get his business booming

I take Bobs point and can see where he is coming from. I value Bobs opinion and if it is true that our friend has felt pressured into leaving, then it is an appalling state of affairs.
On the other hand, members do take time off from the O.C for other reasons than being peed off by what people or the one has said. Last year I had a month off and it was not related to anything on the forum. Most of the time people do say if they are away, but it can happen when life overtakes them and they are not able to say anything. I hope his absence is as simple as that. |
