Fantastic durable old cars, there are still people driving them as their daily car.
I had a '68 4 door in the same colour as that traveler but subtly modified like others with a Midget 1275 engine, twin SU's, type 9 5 speed box and Marina disc brakes. It used to embarrass some of the boy racers at traffic lights I sold it to make way for a Mini which were always my first love but Ive now got plenty of garage space, a Damask Red traveler would be a nice addition. |
