Hi guys anyone experienced any problems with Delphi 150 connecting thru obd port 2004 rover 75 con/diesel not commutating with vehicle ?

use my delphi 150 ok with my 2003 cdti

and the 2004 260 to some extent ..

Delphi Ver 2015 at the moment ..

communicating ?? haha yes guys communicating with car ?
Was told obd feed comes via fuse4a if that is correct which also powers cig lighter {that works} there must be power there as laptop communicating with reader but not car?

The Delphi interface should light up if plugged into the odb socket , irrespective of the usb or laptop
