Seems to me the world is currently full of politicians lacking good old common sense,they keep coming up with addressing issues that dont exist and ignore the
obvious real world issues affecting everyday peoples living. Educated idiots i think twiddling their thumbs!! |

I think sir may be confusing being educated with attending a posh school for the rich. One broadly indicates the state of a person's knowledge underpinned by intellectual capability whilst the other is indicative of simply being born into wealth.
I am surprised that none of the wise uneducated members have come up with the obvious answer, which is to take away the vote from OAPs. This will instantly do away with perverse vote seeking initiatives that are ruining the future for the younger generation. I am thinking in particular of nostalgia initives such as the one being discussed herein, bribes (apologies tripple-lock on pensions), ....
