Default Your insurance might be going up!

Every now and then there's a news story that make you go . . . . WHAT A woman in the States had sex with her (now ex) partner in his car and caught a sexually transmitted disease from him, apparently he knew he had it but said nothing. The US courts have decided that because she was "injured" in the car the ex partner's car insurance is liable and have awarded her a $5.2 million pay out

There is just something wrong with the mentality of some American citizens. I just cannot get my head around how the car insurance company can be liable and hope the car insurance company wins their appeal.
I would have thought either her partner or her medical insurance are liable.

I was sitting in the Mrs' car the other day with a cup of tea listening to bird songs and pondering about life. Being a bit relaxed I spilt the tea in my lap and burnt my bits.

Just off to check her car insurance....this could turn out to be the most rewarding pain ever!

A bit of pain followed by a Jaguar XFR-S
