Well I guess I can go and get one, but if that don't fix it then I can't throw any more parts at it.

Thanks for the feedback everyone.

I had issues with this valve a few years back.
Trikey, came over with his T4 and diagnosed the problem.

Just checked back in my txts and he sent me this ebay item no.

If that doesn't fix it then check the engine wiring loom - voltage supplies to the sensors and signals back to the ECM.

You could always go for the seal kit at £5.22 link below, lots of times its the seals that are leaking.

hold up, thats a different part there. Thats for the HP pump, I'm on about the sensor on the rail.

If the one on the HP pump goes, usually its a non starter from what I'm aware.

I've got a rail sensor coming now thanks.

Voltages are ok, earthing is good with very low ohms.

The car is not cutting out as in stalling and having to restart.

When under load, intermittently it will drop revs to 2k or below, then when I take foot off throttle it will either only go to 2k or will go back to normal.

I've ordered a replacement fuel rail pressure sensor ( the one under the inlet on the rail to the injectors itself) so shall see if that cures it.

If not, its being scrapped and will walk away. Ain't got the money anymore to throw at it.

I would consider getting her over to Big Russ in Liversedge (25-30 miles from you) - he is a font of knowledge on these cars Worth a try.

Hi Steve.
Yes that is what i was referring to the post by Ched post 7 as i thought you were going to purchase a regulator for the HPFP therefore poste dup the kit just in case, did you try my suggestion in post 5 about the MAF sensor.

I also agree get car over to Big Russ.
