Default headlight load height compensation motor

hi all ,

anyone got the pin outs from the headlight load height compensation motor to the main headlamp 8 pin socket.

motor had packed in so striped the lamp down to find the motor was marked bmw my replacement motor was a rover one with and not plug and play.
plugs and sockets not the same.

bmw wires all black . rover motor has blue white, yellow, and green wires.
have looked up wires and joined them as by the pics and info but the motor still dont work.
the rover headlight load height compensation motor worked fine when taken out of the headlamp.

thanks in advance

steve
