Broken spring , again !
Giving my car a pre-MOT check today and I found this broken spring , front n/s .It's just about 10 years since that one was fitted after the original broke , also at 10 years . I suspect I've been driving around on it for a while judging by how rusty the ends are , but it stil seems secure in the lower cup !
Luckily I have its replacement to hand , as I bought these spares a while back when they were unusually low- priced . A few of us on here spotted them and the supplier quickly removed them from sale at that price

Someone’s looking out for you! Yes must’ve been broken a good while. Grateful to whoever it was that mentioned the sale, think it was just before Christmas too. Got two sets up in the attic, they were something like 85% off normal retail.
