Default Front bearing removal

I take it the small gap is the clip and if so any help on how to remove it’s been soaked in penetrating fluid for days now and hitting it with hammer and small chiselhttps://imgur.com/a/AT6nBUr

I had one that was rusted in and ended up grinding a small slot in the outer rim of the hub with a dremmel about 10mm from the ends so that I could get behind it and tap it out from behind.

All away for today but will get the dremmel out tomorrow or an angle grinder with cutting disc

Doesn't need much of a slot - just enough to get behind the clip:
