Fuel pipe connector
Hi All,
Bit of help please. I'm attempting to inspect/replace the KV6 thermostat housing/pipes/O-rings (depending on the cause of the leak) and am currently unclipping and removing bits to improve access for the key hole method. How do I disconnect the fuel pipe from its connector to the fuel rail(?) just below the oil filler cap? Thanks Michael. |

If your removing the inlet manifolds, leave the fuel pipe alone and lift them both off together, it'll save you a whole heap of pain!

Thanks for your reply Trikey. I will not be removing any of the inlet manifolds as I intend to use the key hole method. It is possible that I don't need to remove that fuel pipe but am concerned that I might bend/break it doing the job.
