Interesting - we were followed around our visits to National Trust properties by two bus loads of Jairmuns, and one of Japanese.
Our experience with the former was the same as you - pushy, to say the least. The latter were no problem, as long as you didn't bump into one and hurt yourself on the hordes of cameras each one was carrrying

Hi Rod, brilliant photos and it was lovely you had the weather for the road trip down South. Did you manage to take any photos of your 75 and caravan on location?

Had a few holidays in Cornwall and Devon. Couple of holidays with my folks when young at Penzance and Mousehole. Then at Torquay (quite different) and went back there 15 years ago with our kids

Lovely area to holiday in. Was great with my folks as we went on Golden Rail Holidays to Penzance so got the bonus of travelling on trains too! Great memories.

Hi Rod, nice photos, must go there some time...... oh wait a mo...I live there

Best time is last week in June (Feast Week) live music, fireworks, carnival, fair, Mevagissey male and female voice choir's, fishing boat race and us locals doing the flora dance thru the streets.

New years eve when fancy dress is compulsory
