I'm a registered developer and have been using it on my ip5 for a few months now. Really like the control panel & notification centre and love the new "left-swipe to go back" in most native apps.
Before android/samsungers start bleating, yes you have had these sort of things for ages but I think apple should be applauded for actually recognising current trends and acting on them. Normally they trundle down their own blinkered (but oft brilliant) path.
I wouldn't revert to ios6 if you paid me!

upgraded last night, had a bit of a wait before it would let me install, but to be expected i guess due to the demand on apples servers!
i think its much better than ios6, sharper, smoother and everything seems to load up faster.

Simply an Apple software upgrade for iPhone, iPad. It enhances how the product performs also adding extra useable facilities to the product.
