Default New Inn

A message I received from Gary and my reply, I have published it as someone may have some idea of Gary's problem and can help before our next meeting
John

Hi John

Moved recently to area and work in Bracknell now and staying in Finchampstead area. Would love to attend a meet and could do with some advice for my old, battered but loved CDTI conny. She has trouble starting after she is warm but always does after a good turn over ?
she just died on the M$ on Sunday while in overtaking lane but started again after 5 mins and is running fine all week. I know something is wrong and would like to rectify before its terminal !!! Any ideas ?
Would be nice to meet up with you guys on the 11th if I am free that weekend

Cheers

Hello Gary
Sorry to hear you are having probs with the CDTI, personally I have no idea what maybe the trouble with you motor but I bet someone in the group would have a good idea, we have some very clued up guys that come along to our meeting.
It would be great to see you, there will be someone there by 10.30ish, I will not be able to get there until 11.30ish, I have put your message to me on the site so the guys will see your problem and may have an answer by time you arrive.
We look forward to seeing you
Regards
John

Hi Gary the most common problem is the tank fuel pump if you keep at least a quarter of a tank of fuel you should be fine for now.

Hope to see you at the Heckfield Meet.
