Default Connector behind front bumper

Just removed front bumper to fit new cooling fan and found this dangling behind the bumper, can anyone tell me what it is and where it should be.

Its the outside temperature sensor. Its what gives you the temperature reading on your IPK. It should be on a tab on the bottom of the front bumper.

I found mine hanging loose as the tab had snapped off. There was one piece of the wire grille strand missing where it went, I filed down what was left of the plastic to make a new tab.

Anyone else think it picks up heat from the radiator? It seems to read a bit high sometimes.

As above if the tag as broken cable tie it to the grill or make a bracket for it
