Default Would never have thought this would work!

Hi all,
My 190se has had bad clutch judder for ages now, ok when the engine was cold but stop for ten minutes or so and on driving off, bad judder in first gear. I also had a stiff, sticky throttle cable. Finally got fed up with this so disconnected the throttle cable, gave it a good dose of WD40 and adjusted it properly. Much better, nice and smooth. Never thought it would cure my clutch judder though, but it has! No judder at all. Can only think that as the throttle take up is now smooth and progressive it is having a similar effect on clutch take up. I'm not claiming it will fix your clutch judder but it may be worth a try. Hope this could help some of you, it worked for me!

Nice tip. I found my throttle cable also a little sticky, but the cure for my clutch judder was a new lower engine mount funny how these small things affect drivability.
