Brake Hose Clamps Recommendation?
Unless I can free the pistons, it looks like I will be changing the caliper on a non Rover.
Can anyone recommend a good brake hose clamp that works Thanks

I use one of these - https://www.sealey.co.uk/product/563...rakefuel-hoses
But before I had this I used to use 2 small spanners, one either side of the hose and then clamp these together using some mole grips. Last edited by Alan_M; 6th December 2019 at 23:11.. |

Bob just get a length of wood or metal bar and wedge the brake peddle down, then when you remove the hose from the caliper it should not run, even if you use a clamp you still have to bleed the brakes, do it how Jules does with a syringe and he states then you do not get the sponge effect.
