How come the auction is still live if you've bought it?

Ah, I must have looked just before the seller closed the auction, it was still live showing 7 hours to go but has now closed.
Good luck and congratulations on your new car

When you get the car my first suggestion would be to join the 260 OC, buy their reinforced heater hose and fit it! The heater hose is a known weak spot, I kept meaning to replace mine but it went pop a few weeks ago, major PITA to find you are suddenly driving a sauna, steam everywhere!

Thanks Steve I was a member of the TWO SIXTIES in the past so will re-join. Will have to pick your brains on upgrades as this V8 is standard unlike my previous SE

As I mentioned earlier, mine is a standard but it has been upgraded over the years before I bought it. The only thing its really left with are the manual rear windows, they don't bother me as I don't sit in the back! Wouldn't want traction control anyway, what's the point of having a V8 if you can't be a hooligan and spin up the back end now and then
