1925-1975??

Shouldnt that be 1924-1974 for the 50th Anniversary? MG launched the 80th Anny TF in 2004 for example and they had 1924-2004 on the bootlid

The first production MG was a 14/28 four seater sports model registered on the 31 May 1924. Old Number One was introduced in 1925 and is seen by many historians as the original and first MG ever built as it was built to compete in sporting events. CK won a gold medal in the London to Land's End trial of 1925 in that vehicle.

Before anyone says they are a regurgitated Morris Cowley; they are not and nor does MG stand for Morris Garages.
