The tourer rear lights do not let water into the boot area, the sunroof drains can, of even the side vents, and the chrome fittings / painted on the ZTT You could run water with an hose over the sunroof slowly and see if its letting water in through the drains, but if you have carried out the drain mod for the sunroof drains front and rear it should be ok.

Some have also just added the silicone from the inside without removing the trim clips. I doubt the water getting in there would add water behind the seats in the rear footwell, it is most likely coming in from the front as per talked about and flowing into the rear, which is cause by the floor pan pattern.
