Good on you, nice to hear you won the case, lets hope it make the seller sit up in the future and get his house in order.

They have "in house" servicing, repairs and MOT - something that I disagree with for car sales. My car was supposed to have been fully checked (PDI inspection), fully serviced and full MOT. It wasn't! Items ticked as OK but hadn't been done. Very shoddy! There was mould and mushrooms growing out of the cabin filter! Yuk! My "full service" was an oil and filter change and they had overfilled the oil by almost a litre!!! The air filter hadn't been changed and the airbox had bits of leaves, dead flies etc., inside! They had crossed the sunroof as non-functional but didn't fix it. The 12v plug/ciggy lighter fitting had a cap but no innards! (ticked as OK !). Needless to say, I have done all the work myself!

it sounds like they are an outfit which will not learn from their mistakes, lets hope a few more take them to court, also nice to hear at least you are happy with the car it's self
