Two hot croissants and a coffee before I'm stepping out today! Should be lovely once the frost thaws a bit. Have a good 'un.

Mornin'. No frost here, in fact the heating is off and back door is open to let the girls potter in and out.

Flies sunning themselves on the glass, Two of our cats are on permanent fly patrol in the Summer, They dive head first into the window to scare away flies that land on the conservatory windows outside

I suppose an hessian sack with manure hung up on the tree might tempt them away. I was going to sow some Sweet pea seeds I saved from last year & put them in the cold frame but it's too cold & damp out there today for me.
Feet up in front of the fire day for me.
What a lovely photo of the cats looking switched on. I will try your suggestion for the hessian sack. This afternoon was our first sighting this year of Sykes monkeys eating the apples from the apple tree in the meadow. We don’t like them coming up to the house as they have teeth like daggers and can be dangerous to the dogs and cats.

I have been exchanging messages with Rod today and he wishes to pass on his best to everyone here. For medical reasons he is not able to visit the forum.

Hey r'reet Rich good to see you on the forum & progressing Sir

The devil may care nutters are out en masse on scrambler bikes tearing around the streets, Not a single one of those bikes is street legal & nor are any of them wearing helmets. Not exactly bike weather either, It's fleein' out there.

I'm doing a prawn fried rice for tea with a packet of young chow fried rice seasoning mix I got off the bay.
