Cool

Having not had anything done by yourself I cannot answer your question. But if it was not for the likes of you, and others, then a lot of our cars would be asleep in the car park in the sky.

Just keep doing what you do best Andy.

In a word NO ..where else would you go to get a clutch fitted Main stream Garages with no experience of our cars or someone who knows what they are doing and also gives an unconditional warranty

I think it might help if you put what you are charging in the Post, I know that your services are greatly appreciated by the various members you have helped over the years, I have never personally had need to call you, so asking if you are charging too much when I don't know what you are charging is an impossible question to answer. I would say that if members are prepared to pay whatever you are charging, then by definition you can't be overcharging and I don't believe I have ever seen anything negative, so even if you are charging a little over the odds, it is obviously worth it for peace of mind.

Hi Andy.
I'm sure if you were overcharging there would have been plenty of feedback over time. So I would relax and just think what a good name you have.
Keep up the good work

I needed a clutch a few weeks ago and was told to contact you, but seeing that you live in Doncaster I wrongly thought that you would not travel your prices are similar but your experience is what counts. The answer to your question is no your charges are right, keep up the good work your in my phone book now.

I haven't used your services, nor am I likely to be lol, being so far away puts paid to that. however I often read of the work you have done, and the praise, which makes me jealous that someone of your skill set (and that goes for the rest of the traders on here) is not closer to me. I have occasionally noticed prices mentioned, and to me they all seem more than reasonable, in fact cheaper than I imagined! especially when you are mobile. so without personal experience, I would say no, you are not.

I know where this has come from and the best way to offer your services maybe to break it down such as..
Clutch or cambelt parts say £190.00 etc (or parts replaced etc)
labour for 2.5 hours etc
Total amount £
Then if you are charging £30 40 50 60 per hour people can make their own minds up.
