Klarius exhausts - are they any good?
CarParts4less have got 17% off this weekend.
I'm pondering a cat back Klarius exhaust but I don't know if this is a decent make. Any thoughts? Centre section - https://www.carparts4less.co.uk/cp4l...7f430ed&000430 Back box - https://www.carparts4less.co.uk/cp4l...bb80cb1&000536 That works out at £88.39 with the 17%. |

Seems OK for the money and a decent fit, obviously not the same quality as factory fitted but then that seems general for most parts for these cars now. I suppose that if you are looking for top quality then go custom stainless. Cheers Ian

My original exhaust back-box lasted 10 years . I replaced it with a klarius which lasted about 7 years , and have recently replaced that with an unknown brand which I am assured is Timax in disguise .
The Klarius was good value for money at the time .

Go for a custom stainless stell, like those of MIJ Exhaust. I've got one, the whole line, it's fantastic & not at all noisy.
A tad more expensive but a no brainer, and that will last at least as long as the car, maybe longer... I prefer to pay once only & drive quiet no limit.

I've actually got a Bosal back box which I never fitted. I'm just wondering whether I should try using it with a new Klarius middle section** - or just buy both Klarius bits and ignore the Bosal. (** The Bosal and Klarius might not join together too well). |

Here is the link: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Direct-Fi...wAAOxybqpRhjug Very good value for money. Besides I agree with you, it's a question of £££ but if you think of it closely not that much for a whole device that should last long & make you happy & quiet. It's just a question of spending only once maybe a tad less than you might have spent on the long run in 2 or three swaps as it appears within the posts above. EDIT: I haven't got any shares in the factory...
