Scotland going back into lockdown

Due to this new covid variant spreading fast Scotland is going back into "stay at home" lockdown from midnight tonight until the end of January. Measures are even more stringent than the original lockdown, meeting outside is a virtual no-no, only allowed to meet one person from one other household, meeting indoors is out of the question.

Most of the country is in tier 4 anyway,so it means the whole of England will be, it needs to be done though. I knew a U turn on school opening would come. They insist schools are safe, aye for little kids maybe,but not for staff,the only reason they didn't say close for today is the fact that they refuse to be told what they should do by unions.

Good! Her selfishness exposed God knows how many people to covid. She was turfed out of the SNP, her own constituents lost any respect they had for her and the first minister called on her to resign but she refused and seemed to think she could carry on regardless.
