Stubs
I booked the cars in about 3 months ago, they have quite a waiting list.

All cars steamed, salt removed & dried before treatment. Don't take my cars out on salty roads, I use the wife's car for that!

I'm with your missus on this one, go and drive it somewhere and pick up a bit of grime, it makes for much more satisfaction when you clean it again

Believe of not I have been using it the last few days - even used it to go to Tescos this morning!!! "Shock-Horror"! I always put 2 bollards in the boot when I have to do this and put one in each Bay either side...lol.

But I'll take it as a 'veiled' compliment anyway Brian....

Actually on Saturday but only just got around to it. Set off at 08.15, back at 23.30. Spent 4 hours on the motorway and the rest of it at a lock-up on a farm removing rare AMC parts from a doomed AMC car. Met a really smashing gang of blokes who were very helpful and understood why I'd do this as they were car nuts too. Filled up the ZT-T with bits and tools. It behaved faultlessly, albeit there's a worrying engine rattle when cold, I am still losing coolant, and I am getting what I think is VIS failure after long trips (a different rattle). I love the sound, comfort and space though.

Did you have the car airlifted there then Jim, or is it considerably warmer down your neck of the woods and no salty roads.

If so I'm dead jealous

Finished taking out all of the leads for the sound system bar the power (it runs on the opposite side to the others obviously). Changed the head unit to a more modern one with bluetooth, front usb etc. Plus it goes with the car better, all black with a blue display. Picked up a rear light so I have a matching set to swap out tomorrow, hopefully I should be done with the car bar the big clean

No salt on the roads here or on my trip, you are quite near the Arctic Circle though Brian.
