Not what you need at this moment in time, fair play that they are sorting it out for you at least.
Thank you Jeff, we didn't hear the doorbell go Jeff and the police told us they thought I was drowning in the bath and they had to get in fast in case I needed pulling out and CPR. They must see this a lot in London. When I spoke with the neighbour, she said she thought I had fallen asleep in the bath and left the tap running. It was all a bit surreal, but everyone has been charming and nice about it. We have given the lady my telephone number

Blimey Phil what a shock that must have been, nice to know you have caring neighbours though. There's never a dull moment with you

I fully agree, if it is taxed and not causing any danger to the public then it is not really causing any offence .

Sausage, mash and onion gravy for me tonight with peas. The long Haired General as requested a simple meal of Fish Fingers and salad cream sarnies, which are really nice . I should be on Master Chef .

Sounds good Steve, I've not had fish fingers in ages, I used to like fish finger & coleslaw butties.

Baked Rainbow trout with Jersey spuds peas & carrot/swede mash for tea.

It ain't half gone dark here, I don't think that thunderstorm is far away.
