Your "best" car....
Keeping with a theme of the current, ahem, top gear.
What was YOUR best car? Now that IS subjective. NOT your most reliable, your most expensive, the most gadgets, the least costly in maintenance etc, but the one that gave you most satisfaction. For me it was a 2004 E270 merc, (before the torque converter mangled itself). I really liked that car. Far more than the 2009 e220 I have today. It was just so damn comfortable, with power that I hadn't experienced prior to that. Just curious, as we will all have our own critique of various Marques, from various eras. It's all irrelevant of course, as 75's or ZT's are the best.😁😁😁 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

First
If I coukd get any of them back it would be without doubt my 1973 L registration 2 door Mk 1 Ford Escort 1300XL ( the 4 extra dials ) in Roman Bronze topside sand gold from coachline down.
Was a fabulous car. Then there was.. My 1984 BMW (sorry) 320i 2 door in that sunburnt orange..( always looked well, red!) Now that could shift... Then...... I could go on.... |

The car I wish I'd kept would be my 1978 Vauxhall Magnum 2.3. Absolutely immaculate, white with a vinyl roof and a blue velour interior, 7 dial dash and rostyle wheels. How I miss the sound those twin Strombergs made.....

Couldn't we all sir. Couldn't we all... I'd love to mention my 1970's or 80's something or t'other Morris Ital yellow van, for being "the most fun", as noted through the wide open eyes of a pubescent 16 year old 😁😁, but, "there can be only one".😄😄 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
