Default Advice please

So my 190 has hgf, more than likely a cracked head on the front bank from the centre pot, so my question is,

Would it be okay to replace this head with another known good one without touching the rear bank.

Thanks.

I thought it would be ok but just wanted to make sure there were no pitfall's.
The replacement head has very similar mileage on it and has been pressure tested all ok, I guess all I need do now is get on with it.
