Exclamation Drivers Door cluster............

Would help if I put it in correct forum........

My switch cluster on drivers door has no power, nothing working, buttons not lighting up....... cannot open windows/fold or adjust wing mirrors..... is there a fuse which controls this cluster? thoughts please.....

This probably won't solve the problem, but my car was the same when I bought it, and the cluster didn't work at all. That being said the car wasn't in great condition. All it needed was the cluster being unplugged, some contact cleaner, and that got it working. I think it's unlikely that the cluster itself would fail, although the mirror controls are notoriously unreliable. I reckon it's worth a shot before trying anything more complex, it worked for me.

No, not even close mate, mirror controls are not unreliable, never mind notoriously so!, cluster unit needs a clean, if you search will find that it can be removed, taken apart, and cleaned, put back together, then it will work for a further 16 years without any claim to notoriety for unreliability.
