Just been under the dash again..... seems like there is a plastic clip broken off the switch. Going to be a job and a half to change switch......

All it needs, is enough friction between the sides of the switch and the socket it fits in, to keep it in place. A piece of stretchy rubber tube would do that.

I have put it in with a good blob of blue tack, seems to be holding......

Not that I am aware....... Just took it for a quick spin..... got to 40 mph with switch turn on the centre console, press set... and nothing. Pressed Res... and nothing. Checked fuses and all ok.

got the same problem with my cruise control after the 160 upgrade.... still not working...
