Good day to you all. Not a cloud in the sky and it’s 29C One of our nephews here is 22 today, he suffers from Epilepsy, severe autism and genital self mutilation. His mum passed away last year from brain cancer and he still misses her. What keeps him happy is riding on a horse, going out in the car to see the animals and he loves eating fried chicken and watching cartoons on the box. He has no speech but communicates with us using an electronic voice box, words he types out on laptop. He is a delightful chap. Happy Birthday J x

What a lot that young man has had to deal with in his 22 years.
I'm glad he has happiness in his life from all those that care for him.

Happy Birthday to him from me

Its not so much the headache now Rich, its there but not intrusive. Its the disturbed sleep that can follow a concussion that's giving me grief. Takes ages to get to sleep in the first place then wake up several times.

That's me tomato, courgette, broadbean and assorted flower seeds planted in pots.
I've put them high up on a shelf in the conservatory out of reach of the cats hopefully.
You can see them looking up at the pots trying to figure out a way up there.

And a happy birthday to J from me too.

Am I the only one wondering how he manages to ride a horse?
