Morning all.

We had a wee sprinkling of snow last night but the rain has washed it away. And this morning we have blue sky with fluffy clouds.

Central heating receptionist finally phoned back at 7.20pm last night and have made a appointment for the engineers to come and have a look on Thursday afternoon anytime after 3pm. Meanwhile I am still playing cat n mouse with the boiler.

But at least I can go out today and get some shopping, collect my medication and start Allen’s ZTT up and give it a run.

Greetings one and all - apologies for my absence, but the situation with my older sister came to a head overnight Monday into Tuesday, resulting in all sorts of panics, nurse and doctor's visits and pop-in visits from family members.
Sadly, she passed away peacefully at 2.15am this morning - very definitely a case of peace after pain.
I feel terrible posting this having seen Trevor's posts on another thread - if you're reading this Trevor, you have the utmost sympathy from me and my family - it is a harrowing time and we do have some idea of what you are going through.
