Your handbrake needs adjusting badly by the looks of it.

Tuesday 19th

Day off and sunshine, so Is tripped the front end down to check the crankshaft pulley. Found bits of shredded rubber all over the place, intermittent turning of the aux belts when engine running. See here for vid:
https://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/for...d.php?t=292950

Just ordered a new Corteco pulley from https://www.island-4x4.co.uk/ and an oil filter for £128.50 delivered, a pretty decent price.

Also noticed that the top the drop link was leaking fluid of some sort from the top where my finger is, yet another thing to do It's been on the list for a while as the new front wishbone bushes haven't completely solved the low speed front end knocking noises.

Talking Alternator regulator removal

Well after being towed home due to alternator issues thought I best order a new regulator and brushes kit , anyway thought I best tackle the job and get the old one out .. I'm not great at doing jobs in the engine bay I'm not a mechanic by any means , and looking at the alternator I really found it a bit scary .... so just took my time and followed other people's posts from this forum and I actually got it done ,
After inspecting the brushes they were totally shot ....not surprising after 16 years of use ,.. so its now a case of waiting for my new parts from Dmgrs

Today I attempted to patch the leak in my boot. I've used loads of sealant already, but every time I patch one leak up, another one appears.

Also, I've managed to find a hole near the rear window that goes right through to the parcel shelf. So that will need sorting at some point.

Creping crack cure is way better than silicone sealer.

After sorting the boot leaks, spent 2hrs of giving the boot a good cleaning and airing in the glorious sunshine of S.Wales.
Just to add, what's the purpose of these 2 hooks under spare wheel.
