Not working T4 Testbook

Good day to all. Please help find the cause of the fault Testbook T4. When you connect Testbook T4 to the vehicle through cables DTC4007B-DTC0065 the program generates a message " Are not the correct cables for diagnostics." The program below leads where the manual specifies what you need to use cables DTC4007B-DTC0065. These cables I used. Cables checked, fully functional. Serial number Testbook T4: 4002A-01319. Please do not scold me for having posted this thread here, could not find the right section.

Have you checked the cables and the T4 interface itself for any pushed contact pins?

If you still have the issue, then there is a way of changing your laptops configuration to bypass the programme looking for the correct lead resistance (red,Blue,etc)

The problem with Testbook T4 has not decided. Checked the cables from the tester pin DTC0065-DTC4007B to the connectors on the PCB,everything is fine. Please describe in detail the method about which You wrote.
