Thank you for posting up the link, the list is now update, I will speak to the organiser of the meet about hotel's etc as i'm sure he was trying to sort something out, thank-you every-one

Looking at booking Preston north 13miles from Hospice and only £91 for the two nights that is for two persons. Premier inn

That's not bad. Avoid the city centre premier inn as it doesn't have a car park.

I'm only in Cleveleys so this is right on my doorstep. It's a long(ish) time yet between now and October, and anything can happen in that time so I might have to bail, but none the less, pencil me in.
