Well it does have a museum for the older ones as well so covers both

Some good comments and ideas to date.

I'm up for the monthly meet at the Hollow Tree even though I've not been able to make the last two, but I can understand why some others are not too interested, it'd be a poor world if we were all the same.

I like the idea of going as a group to other area's meets, I tend to do that already and pop into Yorks/Lincs, Midlands and Scotland frequently, in fact I'm going to the Elvington meet on the 30th as I know some others are.

Just remember there's a wide age range of owners, we all don't have young families, so not everybody is going to want to attend a Santa's Grotto type of event for example or for that matter some museum's might stretch the patience of some younger children.

If we all do a bit of research and each come up with say three venue's in the North West we'd have some good ideas to discuss for next year.

That is very true Jim what i posted was just a idea really to see what people think

at least now this is getting people talking and that is the good part about it and your idea of some Research of other venues they would like to visit would help a lot of members that way we will start getting a good group meeting going them once a month and to look forward to

P.S i am going to that meet on that date as well

Hi Folks

Sorry I didn't make the Hollow Tree on Wednesday. Had to rescue a friend in Hayfield. hope to make the November meeting especially if James hasn't already hibernated!

How about the March event at the Trafford Centre and/or the August Tatton Park event on this link as possibles for next year?

i think both of those ideas would be of interest to a lot of people i would go to them .

Lets have a mini-meet on the 30th as a few from north west are going
