With this nice warm weather it's always difficult to pick a suitable time to wash the beast, but done it this morning before the metal gets too hot. Lovely as the weather's been that dust really builds up.
How one wonders though, do a couple of little scratches appear on the roof when the car's not used and it's park off road? |

The rusty studs are a pain in the neck. I got rid of them and replaced them with stainless steel rivet nuts (Arctic's idea). |

Seeing as it covers fuel lines I would be a bit reluctant to go on the nuts with a blow lamp, but replacing them with riv nuts is not a bad idea - wasn't sure what's the other side of the panel. I'd just have to remove the damper to access. Job for another day... |

Checked the tyre pressures and corrected as necessary - not terribly exciting, but I wanted to try out my new Air Hawk Pro, and generally I can recommend it.

Rover 75 tourer
I have decided to take the plunge and finally remove my tourer headlining as it's blooming sagging it started in the load area and is gradually moving forward I can't keeping pinning or stapling it looks unsightly ,so after about 45minutes I managed to get it out and have begun stripping the brushed fabric which it practically fell off the foam underneath was extremely soft came off easily I have ordered new brushed nylon with a company called martrim I've ordered a hopefully good match to the original sandstone cream is what I've chosen watch this space 🤣🤪🤯

Washed the Wife's Freelander, then her 75, then my 75, then my ZT.
Clean and shiny and free of green stuff in the hard to reach places, along with being nice and clean underneath. The postman brought a box containing another Kenwood KDC CD/USB/Aux radio yesterday, however I'm going to need a IR interface steering wheel interface in order to fit this one as a replacement for the IOVOX CD80 currently fitted to Frosty. Got on and did the other side today, quite happy with the results and surprisingly it all went very smoothly.
