Default KV6 primary timing belt noise

Directly after replacing the belt , water pump, idler and tensioner pulleys I started up the engine to find a squeaking noise. I took off the auxiliary belt and the noise was still there. After more disassembly I took off the front plastic cover, started it up and the noise was gone. All back together now and no noise.I'm thinking may be the water pump had to seat in . Any ideas? I'm hoping it is gone for good. I have a recording but it is not a valid file type for the forum.

Could have been that or a tensioner - on my old ZS diesel I assume the tensioner didn't have grease evenly distributed when fitted as it squeaked for about 20 seconds. Was fine after that and still is 3 years later.
