To be fair D, it must be a damn sight easier to repair a road when there is no traffic than to repair one of our overcrowded ones that's got to stay in use.

Not when they're damaging my car, no. I'm still waiting to get my money back from them for a new tyre i had to buy due to a blowout.

True, but it just goes to show what can be done when we need to get back to normal. I suppose what the japs call normal is different to what we call normal. I think i should have used the word 'acceptable' instead.

They have Fred yes, to which i guess i have to be grateful. I've kept the tyre, got photographic evidence, and i'm just waiting for them to process my claim, along with many others i guess.
