Default How fast would I have been going?

I know the digital displays are not 100% accurate so I think this is more "fun" than factual.

Yesterday the range display, how many miles I could go with the fuel I had, was counting down a mile every 15 seconds. This seemed awfully quick.
How fast would I have had to have been going? MPG was showing 43mpg.

Lets assume I was doing 43mpg and the range was going down by a mile every 15 seconds.

My mind is blank on how to work it out
