so we'll be at The Cat & Lion tonight

BTW E10 petrol at COSTCO yesterday £1.37 per litre and premium about 10p more

Hi Mick,
I'm afraid I can't answer your questions. I simply saw the prices on the sign as I was driving into Costco car park, opposite the Trafford Centre. I've never bought fuel from Costco and a quick Google has made me none the wiser, but I've yet to see any mention of VAT.
However, this particular site does show that Costo fuel prices vary according to location:-

Sorry, but I won't be there for April's meeting this Thursday 06/04/23, my wife has double booked me for a social event, and after Sunday's very successful trip to Wembley I'm going with her plan 😂
