Default Roewe 750 here this year ????

In this week's North West Auto Trader there is a section about new cars, at the end of it is a coming soon page. It says the Roewe 550 is arriving 2009 and that the 750 is here the end of this year. I this true ?? I didn't think the Roewe brand wasn't coming to the UK at all.

Default Open-top MG SV out soon too. Electric one in future.

Today's Auto Express said that an open top AV is due out soon too (http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/news/au...s_its_top.html) and an all electric one in future too.

It seems it is being produced by a small firm in Worcestershire (MG X-Power?) not SAIC.

Read in the paper yesterday that Mr Riley's having bank/VAT refund problems and has had to lay off staff.

In fact my roewe arrived today, haven't driven it yet as i don't fit in the drivers side.

There is even a tool kit in the spare wheel

That's quite a nice little model there Peter. Looks highly detailed and accurate too - including the new EURO-emissions compliant air filter box
