I need a phone holder
For my HTC HD2, so I can use it as a Sat Nav
Anyone got any recommendations? I don't want to mess the dash up (obviously) and also not keen on suction fixings, so ideally looking for something to clip to an air vent Looking at Brodit and Herbert Richter which look quite good, but happy to go with anything that works and doesn't cost a fortune! (ps, I think my current fixing for my old phone might be Brodit compatible but not sure how to check)

I think they are illegal but I cannot fault the magnets in mine, had more phones drop off vent holders, and they have never come off the magnet.

I've got a Brodit clip on an OEM MGR mount (the one that replaces the passenger cup holder)
I don't like the clip on ones, as I've seen the damage they can do in an accident this one is with charger

Any advice on Brodits sans charger - or with a removable one? I'd like just the holder for general use
